Grand Master, also known as Master of the Order, is the title that is granted to a Jedi Master who is the elected leader of the Jedi Order and the head of the Jedi High Council. After the tragic death of Zym, the new Grand Master is Satele Shan, making her the youngest Jedi ever to rise to the position.
