Syo Bakarn was a male Human Jedi Master who served the Galactic Republic and would eventually serve as a member of the Jedi High Council.

Biography

As a force-sensitive child, rumored to be the descendant of a Corellia noble family, Syo Bakarn distinguished himself as a Padawan by saving his master from a Mandalorian Jedi hunter. Syo was part of the delegation at the original Jedi Temple when the Sacking of Coruscant occurred. He was trained in the ways of the Jedi on Tython. Soon after, he became a Jedi Master, providing missions for Jedi Consulars.

Syo has represented the Jedi Council on several diplomatic missions and spoken for the order before the Republic Senate. In addition to his duties for the Council, Syo is also a talented engineer, responsible for the rebuilt Jedi Archives and many of the systems within the Jedi Temple on Tython.

In a flash back in The Lost Suns story arc, Ngani Zho referred to him as "The Wise Son of Corellia" and told of how Syo brought ancient medicine to the billion alleyways of Coronet City. At the Battle of Rhen Var, a conflict in the Great Galactic War, Syo is depicted as a Jedi Healer fighting alongside Satele Shan.

The First Son
